2. Classification Before Transfer

Prior to any export or transfer, all items, software, and technologies must be properly classified against national and international control lists (such as the EU Dual-Use Regulation or the German Export List).

3. End-User and End-Use Review

Providing technical assistance, including training, repair, or maintenance services related to controlled items, may also require authorization depending on the destination and the nature of the support.

9. Documentation

Comprehensive documentation is maintained for all export transactions, including end-user certificates, delivery verification certificates, and customs declarations, in accordance with statutory retention periods.

10. Supplier and Partner Information

Our suppliers and partners are expected to adhere to similar high standards of export compliance. We require cooperation in providing accurate origin and classification data for supplied components.

11. No Circumvention

We strictly prohibit any actions designed to circumvent export control laws, including deceptive shipping practices, false documentation, or unauthorized diversion of goods.

12. Customer Responsibilities

Customers who procure OHMARIS systems assume responsibility for complying with applicable export control laws for any subsequent re-export or transfer of the products or related technology.

13. Reporting Concerns

If you suspect a violation of export control laws or this policy in connection with OHMARIS products, we encourage you to report it immediately so appropriate action can be taken.
